용크쉘은 개인이 만들어 무료로 배포하는 SSH 터미널 앱입니다. 이 약관은 광고를 보거나 쿠폰을 넣어 얻는 이용권을 어떤 조건으로 드리고 언제 거둘 수 있는지를 적어 둔 것입니다.

구글 플레이에서 앱을 받은 것만으로 구글 플레이 서비스 약관도 함께 적용됩니다. 이 약관은 그 위에 얹히는 것이며, 충돌하는 부분은 구글 플레이의 약관이 우선합니다.

1. 약관의 적용과 제공자

이 앱의 이름은 용크쉘(YonkShell)이고, 앱 ID 는 com.yonkshell.app 입니다. 대한민국에 거주하는 1인 개발자가 만들어 제공합니다. 연락처는 12항에 있습니다.
앱을 설치해 쓰시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.
동의하지 않으시면 앱을 쓰지 마시고 삭제하십시오. 기기 안의 자료도 함께 지워집니다.
개인정보를 어떻게 다루는지는 개인정보처리방침에 따로 적었습니다.

2. 앱이 하는 일

용크쉘은 여러분이 직접 지정한 서버에 SSH로 붙는 도구입니다. 개발자는 서버를 제공하지 않으며, 접속 대상 서버의 내용이나 상태에 관여하지 않습니다.
연결의 유지는 기기의 네트워크, 제조사의 절전 정책, 서버의 사정에 달려 있습니다. 앱은 이를 최대한 붙잡아 두려 하지만 끊기지 않는다고 보장하지 않습니다.

3. 무료로 쓸 수 있는 범위와 이용권

앱의 기본 기능은 무료입니다. 다음 두 가지는 이용권이 있을 때 열립니다.

이용권 없이도 저장해 둔 호스트는 그대로 쓸 수 있고, 주소를 직접 입력해 접속할 수도 있습니다. 제한되는 것은 새로 저장하는 일입니다.
이용권을 얻는 길은 두 가지입니다. 광고를 끝까지 보면 24시간, 쿠폰 코드를 넣으면 코드에 적힌 기간입니다.
이용권이 여럿이면 가장 늦게 끝나는 것 하나가 적용됩니다. 기간은 더해지지 않습니다. 짧은 것을 긴 것 위에 넣어도 긴 쪽이 그대로 남습니다.
인터넷이 닿지 않아 광고를 불러오지 못할 때를 위해 한 달에 세 번까지는 광고 없이 이용권을 드립니다. 이 횟수는 매달 다시 찹니다.

4. 이용권은 기기에만 있습니다

이용권은 계정이 아니라 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 사라지며, 되살려 드릴 수 없습니다.
남은 기간을 돈으로 바꿔 드리거나 다른 기기로 옮겨 드리지 않습니다.

5. 쿠폰

쿠폰은 개발자가 발급한 것만 유효합니다. 코드는 앱 안에서 확인하며, 위조하거나 고친 코드는 받아들여지지 않습니다.
쿠폰을 되팔거나 사고파는 일은 허용하지 않습니다. 그런 목적으로 쓰인 코드는 다음 판에서 무효로 할 수 있습니다.
쿠폰의 기간은 넣은 때가 아니라 코드에 적힌 끝나는 시각까지입니다.

6. 하지 말아야 할 일

접속할 권한이 없는 서버에 이 앱으로 붙는 일. 접속 권한은 이용자 본인이 확인해야 합니다.
광고를 자동으로 눌러 보상을 얻으려는 일, 앱을 고쳐 이용권 판정을 우회하는 일.
앱을 통해 다른 사람의 시스템을 공격하거나 법을 어기는 일.

위 행위가 확인되면 이용권을 거두거나 다음 판에서 해당 코드를 막을 수 있습니다.

7. 보증하지 않는 것

앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 특정 목적에 맞는다거나 오류가 없다고 보증하지 않습니다.
앱의 오류, 연결 끊김, 기기나 서버의 사정으로 생긴 작업 내용의 손실에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다. 중요한 작업은 서버 쪽에서 tmux 같은 수단으로 지키시기 바랍니다.
기기 안에 저장된 호스트·키는 백업되지 않습니다. 앱을 지우거나 기기를 잃으면 복구할 수 없습니다.
다만 고의나 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 법이 제한을 허용하지 않는 범위에서는 이 조항이 적용되지 않습니다.

7-2. 암호 기능과 수출·제재

이 앱은 SSH 를 쓰므로 강한 암호 기능을 담고 있습니다. 암호 소프트웨어는 여러 나라에서 수출·반입 규제의 대상입니다.

여러분이 계신 나라에서 암호 소프트웨어의 사용·반입이 제한되는지 확인할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
미국의 수출 규정과 제재 대상 목록에 따라, 미국이 금수 조치한 국가·지역에 계시거나 제재 대상자 명단에 오른 분은 이 앱을 쓰실 수 없습니다.
앱을 법이 금지하는 목적으로 쓰지 않으셔야 합니다.

8. 오픈소스

이 앱은 오픈소스 구성요소를 씁니다. 각 구성요소와 그 라이선스는 앱의 설정 → 정보 → 오픈소스 라이선스에서 보실 수 있습니다. 해당 구성요소는 각자의 라이선스를 따릅니다.

9. 앱의 변경과 중단

기능은 더해지거나 바뀌거나 빠질 수 있습니다.
개발자는 개인이며, 앱의 배포를 중단할 수 있습니다. 그때 이미 설치된 앱은 계속 쓸 수 있지만 갱신은 멈춥니다.
앞으로 유료 상품이 생기면 그 조건은 구매하기 전에 따로 안내합니다. 지금 판에는 유료 상품이 없습니다.

10. 약관이 바뀌면

내용이 바뀌면 이 쪽의 시행일을 고쳐 올립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서도 알립니다.

11. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다툼이 생기면 민사소송법이 정하는 법원을 관할로 합니다. 거주 국가의 소비자 보호법이 더 유리한 권리를 준다면 그 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.

YonkShell is an SSH terminal app built and distributed free of charge by an individual developer. These terms set out on what conditions the pass granted by watching an ad or entering a coupon is given, and when it may be withdrawn.

Obtaining the app from Google Play also means the Google Play Terms of Service apply. These terms sit on top of those; where the two conflict, Google Play's terms prevail.

1. Acceptance and who provides the app

The app is named YonkShell (용크쉘), app ID com.yonkshell.app. It is made and provided by a sole individual developer resident in the Republic of Korea. Contact details are in section 12.
Installing and using the app means you accept these terms.
If you do not accept them, do not use the app and uninstall it. Data on your device is removed with it.
How personal information is handled is set out separately in the Privacy Policy.

2. What the app does

YonkShell connects over SSH to servers you specify yourself. The developer provides no server and takes no part in the content or state of the servers you reach.
Whether a connection stays up depends on your network, your manufacturer's power-saving policy, and the server. The app works to hold the session open but does not guarantee that it will not drop.

3. Free use and the pass

The core features are free. The following two open up while a pass is active.

Without a pass you can still use hosts you already saved and connect by typing an address directly. What is limited is saving a new one.
There are two ways to get a pass: watching an ad to the end grants 24 hours, and entering a coupon code grants the period written into that code.
When more than one pass applies, the one that ends latest is used. Periods do not add up: entering a shorter one on top of a longer one leaves the longer one in place.
For times when no ad can be loaded because there is no internet connection, a pass is granted without an ad up to three times per month. The count resets each month.

4. The pass lives on the device

A pass is tied to the device, not to an account. Uninstalling the app or switching devices ends it, and it cannot be restored.
Remaining time is not exchangeable for money and is not transferable to another device.

5. Coupons

Only coupons issued by the developer are valid. Codes are verified inside the app, and forged or altered codes are rejected.
Reselling or trading coupons is not permitted. Codes used for that purpose may be invalidated in a later release.
A coupon runs until the expiry written into the code, not for a period starting when you enter it.

6. What you must not do

Connect to servers you are not authorised to access. Verifying your authorisation is your responsibility.
Click ads automatically to obtain rewards, or modify the app to bypass the pass check.
Use the app to attack another party's systems or to break the law.

Where such use is established, a pass may be withdrawn or the code concerned blocked in a later release.

7. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of freedom from defects.
The developer is not liable for loss of work arising from defects in the app, dropped connections, or conditions of your device or server. Please protect important work on the server side, with tmux or similar.
Hosts and keys stored on the device are not backed up. If you uninstall the app or lose the device, they cannot be recovered.
These limits do not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, nor where the law does not permit such limits.

7-2. Cryptography, export control and sanctions

This app implements SSH and therefore contains strong cryptography. Cryptographic software is subject to import and export controls in a number of countries.

It is your responsibility to check whether the use or import of cryptographic software is restricted where you are.
Under US export regulations and sanctions lists, you may not use this app if you are located in a US-embargoed country or region, or if you appear on a restricted-party list.
You must not use the app for any purpose prohibited by law.

8. Open source

This app uses open-source components. Each component and its licence is listed under Settings → About → Open-source licences in the app, and each remains governed by its own licence.

9. Changes to, and discontinuation of, the app

Features may be added, changed, or removed.
The developer is an individual and may discontinue distribution of the app. An app already installed continues to work, but updates stop.
If paid products are introduced later, their terms will be presented before any purchase. There are no paid products in the current release.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated. Significant changes that are unfavourable to users are also announced inside the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction as determined by its Civil Procedure Act. Where the consumer protection law of your country of residence grants you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
